Do I have to pay customs duty?

We only offer shipping to countries where we can ensure our customers don't have to pay customs duty. If your order exceeds the value of the goods allowed, we will split your order!

Where is my order/ tracking number?

Kindly note, that we need 3-5 days to process orders before we ship it out. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and/or text message with your tracking number!

Can I cancel or change my order?

We're all humans - everybody makes a mistake once in a while! 🙂

You can request changes or cancel orders within 30 minutes after you placed it - sometimes we're able to make changes after this time period, if we haven't forwarded your order to our supplier yet.

Kindly note, that you can not cancel your order once it has entered our processing stage or has been shipped. Once your order has been delivered, you can just send it back, and we'll refund your purchase!

I received the wrong product

Our products are packed and shipped by humans, who make mistakes once in a while. If you received a wrong item, we'll issue you a full refund or resend the right product free of charge, and you can keep the delivered products 🙃

Can I exchange my items for a different color, size, or product?

Of course, you may also return items if you ordered the wrong size or color, or without indicating a reason. Unfortunately, because we're still a small business, we're unable to offer free returns. This means you can return or exchange items, however, you'll accept full responsibility for all shipping costs of your return. Once we received your order (in its original condition), we'll initiate a full refund!

How do I return items/ request a refund?

To start a return, you can contact us at friends@sourdaze.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Kindly note, we only accept returns with a tracking number.

Please provide the following information when requesting a return or refund

• your name

• your order number

• the reason for requesting a refund or return (change of mind, faulty, wrong item or other)

• Proof of Purchase

• Photos in case of damage or wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

If your order arrived broken, damaged or got lost during shipment, you can request a full refund for your purchase, or we'll resend your order for free.
